The Department of History at the University of Victoria consists of 32 regular faculty, six adjunct faculty, and sessional instructors. The department offers a rich variety of undergraduate courses at the introductory and advanced levels, as well as programs leading to M.A. and Ph.D. degrees. The main geographical areas of instruction, supervision and research are American, Asian, British, Canadian, European, and World history. Specialists cover periods from the Middle Ages to the present. May 10 - June 2
